As part of our ongoing digital transformation journey, KATC Group has successfully completed the training phase for selected employees across Divisions on the new Naizak CRM system. This essential milestone lays the foundation for a smooth, company-wide rollout — aiming to boost operational efficiency and enhance user adoption.

The training sessions were led by Eng.Ahmed Al-Bashrawi, with valuable support from Eng. Abdullah Al-Rasheed. The sessions were marked by high engagement and active participation from attendees.

We would also like to extend our sincere appreciation to Ms. Reham, Manager of the Training Center, for her exceptional efforts in overseeing all logistical arrangements and contributing significantly to the success of this initiative.
